It will open the Group Policy Editor.
Navigate to ‘Locate Computer Policy’ > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Networks > QOS Packet Scheduler > Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
Now, Double click on option named “Limit Reservable Bandwidth”.
Change to value from 20 to 0.

#Using CMD To Remove Shortcut Virus

1. In order to remove your shortcut virus with the help of your command prompt system, you need to follow the steps ahead.

2. Open Command Prompt by pressing Windows + R and Enter “CMD” in the box and hit enter.
